- Grant writing assistance in order to obtain the funds necessary for the physical establisment, staffing and therapeutic resources of the Re-Entry Center.
- A supervised release center near a major metropolitan area, such as Buffalo, Rochester or Erie, that is willing to accept the RAISE Program into their facility as a partner and provide the necessary space and resources that are required.
- Specific resources include: Separate living quarters that replicate the therapeutic living community established inside prison. Cognitive therapy program meeting space and facilitators. Availability of substance abuse counseling service. Vocational training instructors to "tutor" men on specific Apprenticeship skill sets. Access to continuing education facilities/classes.
